Who we are
This notice is provided by Planoda3D ("we") for the demo request form on planoda3d.com, under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"). Contact us at info@planoda3d.com.
Data we process
Your full name, company, phone number, email address, city, number of stores and any note you write. To prevent abuse we keep an irreversible hash of your IP address; the IP address itself is not stored.
Purpose and legal basis
We process your data to review your demo request, contact you and schedule a meeting, based on steps prior to entering a contract and our legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-c and 5/2-f).
Sharing
Your data is shared only with our infrastructure providers: Cloudflare, which hosts the site and stores the data, and our email delivery provider. Their servers may be located outside Türkiye; any such transfer complies with KVKK Art. 9.
Retention
If your request does not lead to a customer relationship, we keep your data for up to 2 years and then delete it.
Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request correction or deletion, and object. Send requests to info@planoda3d.com.
